PressHand vs WP Agent
An honest comparison, using the prices on their own site on 17 September 2026.
WP Agent is the closest thing to PressHand, and it is good software. If you want someone else to run everything and you only have a handful of sites, it is a reasonable choice. This page is about where the two genuinely differ, not about pretending they are bad.

The line that decides it: $10 a month, per extra site
Every WP Agent plan comes with a fixed number of site slots — one on Free, two on Blogger, three on Pro, ten on Agency. Past that, each additional site is $10 a month, on every plan.
That is the part that stings if you run more than a handful of sites. Eight sites on Pro is $24.99 plus five extra slots at $10 — $74.99 a month, or $2,700 over three years. The same eight sites on PressHand are included in the $97 you already paid, and so is the ninth.
PressHand was built because of that line. Not because subscriptions are wrong — because being charged again for a site you already own is a strange way to price software.
The difference that matters most
It is not really the price. It is what happens on the day you stop paying.
Rent it, and the day you stop paying is the day you lose it. Own it, and the day you stop paying is just another Tuesday.
Everything in PressHand is yours: the app, the source, the sites you connected. If we vanished tomorrow, your copy would carry on working. That is not a promise we are making — it is simply how buying something works.
Where WP Agent might suit you better
They have scheduled tasks that run on their own, which PressHand does not. On WooCommerce the two are close now: PressHand does products and orders — prices, stock, what sold, and what still needs sending — but not customers or coupons. It will not refund money either, and that one is deliberate: a refund moves real money and should be a person’s decision.
They also run everything for you, with nothing to install anywhere. We do not offer that at all — PressHand runs on your Mac or your own server, and if you would rather someone else kept it running, theirs is the honest answer.
