Questions people actually ask
What happens when the updates run out?
Nothing. Your copy carries on working exactly as it did. Updates are $99 a year after the first twelve months, and they are optional. Software that stops working when you stop paying would not be worth selling you.
Is it really unlimited?
On the copy you own, yes. Every site, as many tasks as you like. The hosted plans have limits because we are paying for the servers, but the licence you buy does not.
What if I want to sell it to my own clients?
That is the Agency licence. It comes with a rename tool that puts your name on the app, the installer and the plugin in one command.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Connecting a site takes about thirty seconds and needs no password typing. After that you just ask for things in plain words.
Can I get a refund?
Before you download, yes — in full, any time, no reason needed. After you download, no: you have the source code and we have no way to take it back. If you were charged twice, or PressHand genuinely cannot work on your setup, we refund you either way. It is all written out in the terms of sale.
