What we hold, why, and how to make us delete it.

Last updated 10 September 2026.

Who we are

PressHand is a product of Tradiant, a company registered in Georgia. We are the data controller for anything described here. Reach us at hello@presshand.com about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you.

The short version

If you buy the software and run it yourself, we hold almost nothing about you. Your site keys never leave your own computer. We cannot see your website, your content, or your visitors.

We run no advertising trackers on this website. We never see your card details. We do not use your website content to train anything.

When you visit this website

Our host keeps ordinary server logs — the address you came from, the page you asked for, and when. These are used to keep the site working and are deleted on the host’s normal schedule.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising scripts.

When you write to us

We keep your email and what you wrote, so we can answer and so we remember the conversation if you write again. Nothing more.

When you buy PressHand

We hold your email address, which licence you bought, and when your updates run until. Creem handles the payment and holds the payment details — we never see your card.

When your copy checks for updates it tells our server its licence key, its version, and a random identifier for that installation. That is how we know whether to offer you a new version. It contains nothing about your websites.

What the software collects

Running it yourself: nothing reaches us except the update check above. Your WordPress keys are stored on your own machine.

Using the hosted version at app.presshand.com, we hold:

  • Your email address and a scrambled version of your password. We cannot read your password.
  • The web address of each WordPress site you connect, and the key WordPress issued for it. That key is encrypted before it is stored.
  • A log of which actions ran and when, so you can see your usage and we can work out what went wrong when something fails.

We never receive your WordPress password. WordPress issues a separate key for this app, and you can switch it off yourself at any time from Users then Profile in your own admin.

Who else sees your information

  • Creem — payments, and merchant of record.
  • Anthropic — when you talk to Claude, your conversation goes to Anthropic under their terms, not ours. PressHand is the bridge between Claude and your website.
  • Hostinger — hosts this website. The hosted service runs on our own server in Europe.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Licence records are kept while the licence exists and for seven years afterwards, because tax law requires it. Hosted accounts are kept until you delete them. Usage logs are kept for about a year.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@presshand.com and we will do it within thirty days. You do not have to explain why.

If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change it we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email, we will tell you.
