Before you write

Two things solve most problems on their own:

• “It says I am not logged in, but I am.” Your WordPress has two address settings and they probably disagree. Go to Settings, then General, and make sure both start with https.
• “I logged in and saw no approval screen.” WordPress dropped you at your dashboard. Go back to PressHand and press “Open the approval page” — you are logged in now, so it goes straight there.

Refunds

You get the source code the moment you pay, so we cannot refund a download — we would have no way to take it back. Before you download, a full refund any time, no reason needed.

If you were charged twice, or PressHand genuinely cannot work on your setup and we cannot fix it, we refund you either way. Email hello@presshand.com and say what happened.
